THE GEOMETRIC FIGURES

Icosahedric sphere. (20 triangular sides)



It is built starting from a pentagon that is strengthened at the centre,and adding triangles to all its sides until the figure is closed with another higher pentagon.

It is built starting from a basic triangle with two bars for every side
 

How to play with Unimag, on your own or with other people?
Choose a figure, for example a sphere or a pyramid and try to build it. How long does
it take you? Starting from a pyramid, how many new figures can you make by detaching
ust one end of a bar at a time ?
